You have a fit body and have never been in the news for any weight related issues. Any comments on the same?

I’ve always had a naturally lean body, but I wasn’t always fit in terms of stamina and would be easily fatigued. Taking heed to a friend’s advice, I took up yoga and it has worked wonderfully for me. I love doing yoga for the flexibility and agility that it gives me. It also rejuvenates my mind. Moreover, I am blessed with great metabolism. Eating healthy and staying fit is extremely important in today’s times, and that is exactly what I do.

What kind of workouts do you enjoy the most?

As I mentioned earlier, I love doing yoga. I don’t like attending the gym much, but do hit the gym four times a week, for weight training and strength training. Dancing is the best cardiovascular exercise and I dance for a minimum of thirty minutes every day. If I’m travelling, I go jogging or walking.
